The Hangar & Airfield Business Park at PBIA

Construction began this spring on The Hangar & Airfield Business Park located on Congress Avenue across from the historic Palm Beach Kennel Club. This 244,865 sf warehouse facility will offer 160,800 sf of premier garage condominiums, and common meeting space, as well as 84,000 sf of boutique vehicle repair and maintenance and vehicle sales services, with additional warehousing. A 2,200 sf public-serving community space is also included in project. Construction is estimated to be completed by summer 2024.
