Neighborhood Preservation Program
The Neighborhood Preservation Program seeks to preserve and improve the CRA’s existing housing stock by offering a matching grant to homeowners for home improvement projects.
Funds may be used to correct existing code deficiencies, structural deficiencies, weatherization, accessibility, and general property improvements.
