Autumn Ridge Apartments

Construction is complete on the Autumn Ridge Apartments project by Landmark Companies located on Congress Avenue, immediately to the south of Brandon Estates. This 5-story, 106-unit multifamily project is constructed on 3.6 acres. The project consists of 1 and 2 bedroom units.

To facilitate the development of this project, 77 units overall were utilized from the Westgate Density Bonus Program (DBP) pool to achieve 21.6 du/ac of total density. The CRA approved use of its SFWMD ‘redevelopment credit’ to offset historical compensating stormwater storage requirements from the Dennis Koehler Preserve retention lake leveraging infrastrucuture costs.

Autumn Ridge is an affordable rental development, serving seniors only. The project is currently leasing.
