Walmart Plaza Outparcel Redevelopment

Two outparcel redevelopment projects are in the permitting process for the Walmart Plaza located at the northeast corner of Military Trail at Belvedere Road:

A new Murphy Express Gas Station & Convenience Store will move from its current site on Military Trail to the 1.45-acre northeast corner site, formerly a Walgreen’s Pharmacy, now demolished. Once the new gas station is constructed, the existing gas station will be demolished to make way for a future redevelopment opportunity. The project will consist of a 2,824 sf. convenience store, and a 4,830 sf. canopy with 16 fueling stations. Murphy Oil USA is affiliated with the Walmart retail chain, and the Murphy Express brand is located at Walmart sites across the US.

An automatic EZ Express Car Wash is planned for a 0.68-acre outparcel along Military Trail, now occupied by a vacant restaurant. The project would demolish the existing restaurant structure, and reconfigure access and parking, to construct a 2,700 sf wash tunnel, with 2 pay stations, and 16 self-service vacuum stations.
