Brandon Estates

Construction of Brandon Estates (formerly Greene Apartments) on Congress Avenue is complete. The development has 198 multifamily units, that combines 14 frontage townhomes with two 6-story buildings on 7.5 acres.

The project utilized the WCRAO Density Bonus Program to increase base density adding 138 units from the Program’s unit pool to achieve 26 du/acre. 55 units, or 20% will be set aside as deed restricted workforce housing.
