Construction is progressing on the Autumn Ridge Apartments project by Landmark Companies located on Congress Avenue, immediately to the south of Brandon Estates. This 5-story, 106-unit multifamily project will be constructed on 3.6 acres. The project consists of 1 and 2 bedroom units, with 77 units overall utilized from the WCRAO Density Bonus Program (DBP) pool to achieve 21.6 du/ac of total density. Autumn Ridge is a seniors-only LITC rental development.
