Aero Village

Located on the west side of Congress Avenue just north of Cherry Road, Aero Village is a 38-unit multifamily development on 1.4 acres. The project utilizes 27 WCRAO Density Bonus Program pool units to achieve a density of 27 dwelling units per acre; a minimum of 8 units are required to be set aside as workforce housing. 

Creativity is key in the site design of this project. The building has been elevated to allow for ground floor under-building parking and site circulation, and a roof top area provides on site recreation space. The project is currently in the County entitlements and permitting process. Project build out is anticipated for 2026.
