Extra Space Storage

The proposed development, located on Cherry Road, just east of Military Trail, will conist of a 3-story 114,150 sf. limited access self-storage facility on a 3.5-acre site. Phase 2 of the project will add a second 47,000 sf 3-story structure. Extra Space Storage is the second largest operator of self-storage facilities in the US. The use will service a local and regional demand for individuals and businesses seeking a new climate controlled self-storage facility. The project is currently in the County permitting process.
