Transforming Neighborhoods

As a historically underserved neighborhood, the CRA has been working to transform the Westgate area of unincorporated Palm Beach County since its creation in 1989. The Agency has completed much needed flood mitigation and stormwater storage capacity projects, installed sidewalks and streetlights that increase safety and walkability, built workforce and affordable housing through partnerships with private and not-for-profit groups, and constructed neighborhood parks.
